Hello and Welcome
Here is a little bit about Breanna, owner and pricipal at BLB Creative:
Breanna Bensoua most recently served as the VP, of Marketing, Research, and Strategy for the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance.
Breanna began her career as a creative, earning her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Chapman University in Orange, California. She explored many types of communications work through internships in college. One such internship lead her to the world of humanitarian relief and international development at World Vision International. There she worked as a Digital Communications Specialist supporting a special project team. While the organization faced funding concerns, it raised her awareness on funding challenges with nonprofits. She spent some time freelancing before moving on to a role in higher education as a Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator at Hope International University (HIU). There she assisted in the development and implementation of enrollment marketing strategies, managing communications efforts across the prospect lifecycle and serving as the graphic designer. While working at HIU she also earned her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Social Entrepreneurship.
After graduating she relocated from Los Angeles to Las Vegas for her first role at LVGEA. LVGEA is a regional economic development agency that attracts companies to locate and expand in Las Vegas in order to diversify the economy. In progressive levels of leadership roles from Marketing Manager to VP, she supported and then lead all aspects of B2B and place-based marketing as well as community engagement. like a Swiss Army knife, she does a little bit of everything that touches marketing and communications.
After having her first child, she left LVGEA to start her own consultancy out of a desire to reconnect with creative roots and find a way to balance professional aspirations and family life. In her new endeavor, BLB Creative LLC, she specializes in marketing collateral to help small marketing teams execute on key projects. She views her work here as the ideal intersection of creativity, strategy, and purpose.
