OurPeople (World Vision's HR) needed to communicate to its 45,500+ employees the benevits of the new HRIS system currently being implemented by analysts. An article was written regarding these points, and I used that to visualize in concise points and illustrations. In order to service to all parts of the alliance, working in many remote and limited conditions, the least common denominator theory had to be applied to delivery. Therefore the video was produced as a GIF, allowing maximum possibility of delivery.
